Your Spectrum Enterprise UC service allows you the ability to work from home. Features like Anywhere Connect, Unity or Call Forwarding and Simultaneous Ring make the transition to work from home easier allowing you to make and receive calls using your work & in-office number.

How do I see if I have access to these tools?

To see if your Spectrum Enterprise services include access to the Anywhere Connect Apps or Unity Desktop App, log into your User Portal. From the Dashboard, click on Profile. Scroll down to see your assigned services.

Please Note: If you have been provided a Business on Premium service package, Unity will automatically be provisioned and not shown in the Assigned Services. If you do not have access to Unity, please contact your system administrator.

I misplaced my password, what do I do?

If you have misplaced or do not remember your user ID and password, please contact your Admin.

Unity for Desktop Application (For Customers who are currently using Unity)

Unity is a collaboration app that lets you make and receive calls from your business number and message with employees. Combining Unity with a softphone such as Anywhere Connect, will allow you to continue using Unity, however your desk phone will be replaced with the Anywhere Connect Application. Within these following tutorials, you will find information on how to use the Unity for Desktop Application.

Please Note: If you want to continue using Unity with Anywhere Connect. You will need to replace your desk phone with the Anywhere Connect Application.

End User Portal

Within these tutorials, you will find information on how to use the End User Portal (UCEP). These tutorials will walk you through setting up and configuring several users calling features including but not limited to:

Call Forward – Gives you the ability to forward all calls to a secondary number, most commonly being your cell phone.

Simultaneous Ring – This feature allows you the user to configure an additional number that will rings at the same time as the user’s primary phone rings.
