Call Detail Records

As the administrator, you have the ability to run Call Detail reports on all users or a specific user to view the most placed, received and missed calls.

To generate a report, follow these steps:

  1. Select Call Details from the left-hand navigation.
  2. Select the specific user or all users in the User drop-down field.
  3. Sort by Date range.
  4. Choose the call types: Inbound calls, Missed calls and/or Outbound calls.
  5. You can also search by phone number or partial phone number.
  6. Select Create Report.

There are three options for exporting the report:

  • Email – Enter the recipient’s email address and select Submit.
  • Export report to PDF – Select Submit to generate the report.
  • Export report to CSV – Select Submit to generate the report.
